Hi.  My name is Darren Sutton. And I am a dad.

You’ll recognize me when you see me.

I’m the guy who gives advice, sought after or not. I’m the one who embarrasses his kids in public (and online), even when I’m not trying.

I’m the one who demands respect, but sometimes forgets to offer it.

I’m the taxi-driver, couch-sitter, game-watcher-but-not-understander, meal-maker-if-you-count-pizza-delivery, head-nodder, ask-your-mother, do-what-I-say-not-what-I-do failure that all parents are on some days. And some days…I knock it out of the park.

I’m you.  And you’re me.  And together we walk alongside our everyday family hoping they grab hold of some everyday faith despite our everyday mess.
